The Weets were honest to a fault, gave us the undivided attention we required, and built the home we wanted.  The price never moved, the workmanship was highly professional, and the house was completed one week earlier than promised and we literally had no punch list.  The few problems we discovered were taken care of promptly and to our complete satisfaction.

Wayne Intermill became our home builder in the fall of 2008.  In the midst of the process we discussed the possibility of putting the house in the Colorado Springs Home Builders Associations 2009 Parade of Homes. It turned out beautifully and we moved in after the parade in September of 2009.  Wayne was a good “teacher” for us as this was our first build and something we had not considered long before doing it.  Wayne is a very attentive builder spending a lot of personal time on the job site and getting his hands dirty along with the crew.  We could always find a couple of buckets to sit on and talk over questions and the next phase in the project.  Wayne worked hard to get cost savings for us, with a lot of attention to details and went the extra mile to get it done right.  We have been enjoying our home for nearly a year now and have had very few punch list items.  Thanks Wayne, for a job well done.
